We are completing our long journey through the history of affiliate marketing. 30 years ago in 1994, HotWired launched the first online advertising on its website. The very first banner advertisement on the Internet is considered to be the AT&T banner – a gray banner with rainbow letters and the inscription “Have you ever clicked here? You will do it.” The long journey from cave paintings and the first sandals has been completed, only to begin again.
