The local king of affiliate marketing, or as he simply asked to be called – the King, met us at the Saturday market, where every seller offered him either an orange or a pork knuckle as a gift. “I just do a lot for my neighbors, it is natural that they feel gratitude towards me. And respect. This is the most important thing. Respect has to be earned. Look, I’m not interfering with Amazon or eBay, and I want the same from them. Just don’t interfere with me doing my little job”.


“Listen, nobody knows this area better than me. My grandfather worked here, my father worked here, I was born here and I work here. I know these people, I know what they need, what they lack. You get it? They used to put up paper notices on houses, remember those days? I do the same thing, but online. I go to the local barber shop and say, would you like me to bring you some clients, good local people? They say, sure sir. Sure, they say, sure. Who in their right mind would refuse such an offer!”


“I could go around to everyone and talk to them personally. After all, everyone here knows and respects me, but why should a wise man wear out new shoes?
