Sedia Gestatoria

1 Min Read

In January we talk about legendary furniture. Today – Sedia Gestatoria.

The Sedia Gestatoria is a chair used to carry popes. Popes rode on other people’s shoulders until 1978, when the Sedia Gestatoria was replaced by the Popemobile. Naturally, the chair is richly decorated and upholstered in silk. But the most stylish feature is the two white ostrich feathers. Now that’s gorgeous.

In the meantime, something more comfortable. Our new Hostinger (MultiGeo) offer with 21.5% payout.
