The Fremantle Doctor is the Western Australian name for the midday sea breeze that replaces the hot northeasterly winds. On days when this wind blows, temperatures drop below 30 degrees Celsius, bringing welcome relief from the heat. In this photo, we see the historic Fremantle Market building, which is sure to bring some relief as well.
