The Quadrantids are visible in the northern hemisphere from December 28 to January 7. The stream appears from the constellation Bootes, but they take their name from the constellation Wall Quadrant. The fact is that astronomers did not like the name Wall Quadrant (and they can be understood), they stopped using it and divided its stars among other constellations.
