The Florentine became famous as the best jeweler of his time, and his salt cellar became a true masterpiece of world jewelry art. He was also an adventurer, a murderer, a sculptor, and a writer. His book is called “The Life of Benvenuto, Son of Maestro Giovanni Cellini, a Florentine, Written by Himself in Florence.” And although Benvenuto Cellini was not strong in naming, the plot of the book is very exciting.
