Barista is originally an Italian word, literally meaning – bartender. But now all over the world this profession is associated with coffee. How they got into our column is not entirely clear, although they certainly distinguish the aromas of coffee, but their main task is to taste it. Some, they say, try up to 300 small cups a day. That’s why coffee shops are required to have toilets.
